Rondy helps serious hunters find compatible partners. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Keep your account information accurate, keep your password to yourself, and run one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Conduct
No harassment, threats, or hate. No impersonation or fake profiles. No spam, scraping, or unsolicited commercial outreach — including outfitter and guide marketing. No using the service to plan anything illegal, including poaching or hunting violations. Reviews of hunting partners must reflect your honest experience.
We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules. Use the report and block tools — we read every report.
Safety — read this one
We do not run background checks and we cannot vouch for any hunter on the platform. Verified hunt history and references are signals, not guarantees. Before hunting with someone new: meet first, talk on the phone, tell someone where you’re going, and trust your gut. Hunting is inherently dangerous and you participate at your own risk.
Season dates, deadlines, and draw information shown in Rondy are a convenience, not an authority. Always confirm with Fish & Game before applying or hunting. You are responsible for your own licenses, tags, and legal compliance.
Your content
You own what you post. You give us the limited license needed to store and display it to other hunters as the product is designed to work — nothing more. Hunts you confirm with a partner become part of both hunters’ verified history; if you delete your account, those records stay on your partner’s log without your name.
The service
Rondy is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for disputes between hunters, or for anything that happens on a hunt. We may change or discontinue features; if we make material changes to these terms we will notify you by email before they take effect.
